If you don’t already have a lender, I’ll connect you with a trusted mortgage professional who can walk you through all of your options and help you get pre-approved, education is key during this process and I bring a lot of experience when dealing with lenders and different loan options.

Step 3: Start the Search

Once you’re pre-approved, I’ll set up a personalized home search tailored to your needs. You will get real-time updates and only see homes that actually fit your criteria.

Step 4: Tour Homes

I will set up private showings based on your selections. I am here to help answer questions and make sure that our due diligence is done in finding you a great home! No pressure, just honest advice so that you can have peace of mind in your purchase.

Step 5: Make an Offer

When you’ve found “the one,” I’ll help you write a strong, strategic offer. I’ll guide you through negotiations and make sure your interests are protected at every step. From understanding your inspection to the appraisal process, I am here with knowledge and experience to help you feel confident.

Step 6: Close & Celebrate

Once inspections and contingencies are done, I’ll walk you through the final steps and hand over the keys to your home and a new beginning. This is my favorite part by far!
